How to update your credit card billing information

If you need to update your saved credit card on file, please follow these directions:

Log in to your Porkbun account. After logging in, click on ACCOUNT in the top-right of your browser window and select "Settings / Billing".

On the Settings/Billing page, look for the "Billing Information" section near the top of the page. Click on the "Update Card" button under your current billing info.

Fill out all of the required fields. When you're finished, click the Submit button.

Note

Depending on the bank and billing method you use, you may need to complete an additional verification step, such as entering a code that's sent to you by your bank via SMS or email. Make sure you complete all necessary steps, and double check that your new card information is properly reflected when going back to your Settings / Billing page.
