How to export a list of domains as a CSV

If you'd like to export a list of domains, Porkbun makes it easy with our "Get CSV File" bulk action function. Getting a CSV file is useful if you'd like to get authorization codes for domains in bulk, or if you just want to download a list of domains for your own records. Here's how to do it!

1
Log in. You should arrive at the Domain Management screen. If you're already logged in, click on ACCOUNT in the top-right corner and select Domain Management.

2
Scroll down to your list of domains. You can use the checkboxes to the left of each individual domain name you want to add to the CSV file. You can also use the checkbox at the very top of the domain list, which will select all of your currently displayed domains at once.
After selecting the domains, click on the "Bulk Actions" button on the top right of the list. Choose one of the two "Get CSV File" options based on whether or not you want to include the current EPP/transfer authorization codes for the list of domains.

3
A browser notification will pop up, letting you know that the current authorization codes on your domain will be refreshed so you can be provided new ones. Click the "OK" button to continue.

That's it! A CSV file with the domains you selected will be sent to the email address on file for your Porkbun account. The CSV file will contain different data pertaining to each domain such as the TLD, the registration/expiry dates, locking/WHOIS privacy/auto-renew settings, currently assigned nameservers, and the current authorization code for each domain if you chose that option.

Note

This process can take a while if you're exporting a large list of domains.
