How to turn off auto-renew

Want to ensure your domain won't ever automatically renew? No problem!

Log in. You should arrive at the Domain Management screen. If you're already logged in, click on ACCOUNT in the top-right corner and select Domain Management.

Locate the domain you wish to renew. Click the "refresh" icon (the circle arrow) to the right of the domain name and select "Disable Auto Renew."

⚠️️ Note

Other paid services such as email hosting, Web hosting, or upgraded site builder packages will attempt to automatically renew so long as they are active. To cancel those services, delete the website, site builder, or email address.
