How to cancel cPanel hosting

If you've decided on another hosting option and need to cancel cPanel, this guide is for you! The following steps will walk you through canceling cPanel.

Log in. This should take you to the Domain Management screen. If you're already logged in, click on ACCOUNT in the top right, and select Domain Management.

In the block of icons next to your domain, click the leftmost icon that says cPanel. This should bring you to the Web Hosting page.

Scroll to the bottom of the page, and select Cancel Hosting on the bottom right.

A window will appear asking you if you would like to cancel your subscription. Click the pink "Yes, cancel my subscription" button.

That's it! cPanel should now be removed from your account. If you return to Domain Management, the icon should now be grey. If you see it as the red cPanel logo, please contact support.
