How to cancel Static Hosting

If you've decided on another hosting option, and need to cancel Static Hosting, this guide is for you! The following steps will walk you through canceling your Static Hosting plan.

Log in. This should take you to the Domain Management screen. If you're already logged in, click on ACCOUNT in the top right, and select Domain Management.

In the block of icons next to your domain, click the leftmost icon for your Static Hosting. This should bring you to the Static Hosting page.

On the Static Hosting page, scroll down to the Plan section and click the red "cancel service" button on the right-hand side.

A window will appear asking you if you would like to cancel your subscription. Click the pink "Yes, cancel my subscription" button. 

That's it! Static Hosting should now be removed from your account. If you return to Domain Management, the icon should now be grey.
