How to create a signature in Webmail

If you set up an email address with Porkbun's hosted email service and you want to create a signature, you're in the right place. Here's how to do it!

1
Log in to Webmail at webmail.porkbun.com. If you need assistance getting logged in, check out this guide first.

2
In the Webmail interface, select the "Settings" gear icon on the left-hand side.

3
On the Settings menu, click on the "Identities" option.

4
On the Identities menu, you'll see your hosted email address as the default option. Select your email address, which will display the Identities settings.

5
On the Identities settings screen, you can change the "Display Name", which is the name that shows up in the header of any emails you send.
Scroll down to the "Signature" section and input the signature you want to attach to the end of your emails.

If you want more control over how the signature looks, select the HTML icon right above the signature field, then make any further changes you'd like. You can change the text formatting, add hyperlinks, and attach an image.

Once you're finished customizing your signature, select the "Save" button to save it to your email address.

That's it! Any new emails you compose should include your signature automatically. If you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team.
