How to Log in to Webmail
After you create your hosted email address, you may wonder how to actually access the inbox so you can start using it. You've come to the right place! There are a few ways to manage your hosted email address, so let's dive in.
Method 1: Directly from your Porkbun account
Since you're already here, let's go over the direct method first. This is great for when you're already logged in to Porkbun, or if you need to access the email hosting page to make other changes, such as resetting your password.

Log in. This should take you to the Domain Management screen. If you're already logged in, click on ACCOUNT in the top right, and select Domain Management.

Find the domain that is associated with the email address you're logging into. Click on the envelope icon under the "Email" column for your domain.

You'll be taken to the "Email Hosting and Forwarding" page, where you originally created your email address. Scroll down until you find the "Current Accounts" section with your email address in it, then click on the "Webmail" button, which should open your inbox up in a new tab automatically.
Method 2: Direct URL for Webmail
If you like the default Webmail client that we offer, you can access it quickly without having to log in to your Porkbun account every time.

Open up a brand new tab in your browser. Navigate directly to webmail.porkbun.com which should bring you to the Webmail login page.

In the Username field, input the entire hosted email address you're logging into. Make sure the password you input is the one you specifically set up for your email address, rather than your Porkbun account password.
If you get errors saying the credentials aren't valid, you may have set up a different password for your email address. You can always reset the password for a hosted email address by following this guide.
Method 3: Add your account to another email client
You can add your hosted email address to any email client you'd prefer.
