How To Pay with ACH
Want to save even more by paying with ACH, or just want to have your bank info on file with us? With our ACH payment feature, we make it easy to do just that. Let's get started!
Setting up your account for ACH payments

Log in to your Porkbun account. After logging in, click on ACCOUNT in the top-right corner and select "Settings / Billing" from the list.

On the "Account Settings and Billing" page, look for the "Billing Information" section near the top. In that section, locate and click on the "Add Bank Account" button.

A window labeled "ADD BANK ACCOUNT" will appear. Enter the name of the account holder, then click "Continue".

Next, you'll see a menu where you can choose the banking institution you're connecting to. Choose your bank from the list, or search for it with the provided search bar. After finding your bank, click on it to continue.
Click on "Agree and continue" to authorize the connection between your bank and Porkbun.

The next step depends on your particular bank. Some banks will require you to sign in with your username and password, then verify with a code sent via SMS or email. Other banks will have you open their app on your phone and enter a code that's displayed.
Follow the instructions given to you by your bank to finish connecting your account.

After verifying, you'll be given the choice to save your payment information with Link, which will allow you to save your account for use with other online payments that use the same system.
This step is optional. If you don't want to set up Link, just cilck on "Finish without saving".

You should see a success message. Click on "Done".

Finally, you'll see one more confirmation window. Read the confirmation terms, and if you want to finish connecting your account, click on "Accept and Continue".

Back on the Settings and Billing page, you'll see that the bank account has been attached to your Porkbun account successfully.
That's it! Now that your account is fully set up to make purchases with ACH, you can purchase Account Credit ahead of time, to use towards future purchases and renewals. The next section of the guide will explain more about making purchases with your connected bank account.
Buying with ACH

On your Account Settings and Billing page, underneath your attached bank account info, you'll see a "Pre-fund Your Account" option. Click on the "buy with bank account" button.

The "BUY ACCOUNT CREDIT" window will appear. Enter in the amount of Account Credit you want to purchase, then click the "Submit" button to confirm.
Note
It can take up to 7 days for ACH account credit purchases to be fully verified and reflected in your Porkbun account. Be sure to pre-fund your account in advance for any upcoming renewals you're expecting.

After your ACH payment has fully processed, the funds will appear in the "Available Balance" row under "Account Credit", in the same billing information section on your account. You can also view your account credit by navigating to https://porkbun.com/account/credit while logged in.
Your available account credit will automatically be applied to your purchase when you go to check out. It will also be used for any future automatic renewals you set up.

Warning
ACH payments take up to 5 business days or a total of 7 days for your order to be verified and for the account credit to be added to your account. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact support.
