How to delete your Porkbun Account

If you no longer love us you can delete your account. If you do, we will shed a single solitary tear. Ok, maybe several.

Be warned though, there is no turning back and your domains and all other associated products will be permanently deleted. You will also be unsubscribed from all further correspondence from us.

⚠️️  Warning

If you're deleting a subaccount, the process is the same. Just be sure you're logged in to the subaccount rather than your main account, and if you need to keep any of your domains, be sure to push them to your main account first before deleting your subaccount.

Log in. You should arrive at the Domain Management screen. Once you're logged in, click on "ACCOUNT" in the top-right corner and select "Settings / Billing".

On the "Account Settings and Billing" page, scroll all the way down to the bottom and look for the section labelled "Delete Account". Click the "Delete Account" button.

A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm your account deletion request. To confirm, enter your account password, and click "Delete Account."
This will automatically submit your account to our deletion queue, log you out of the account, and redirect you to the Porkbun homepage.

That's it! We're sorry to see you go. You won't receive a confirmation email from us, but you can contact Porkbun support to verify the account has been deleted after 30 days.
